SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to DayReady Alerts, the text message program of LogicLoft (“LogicLoft”, “we”, “us”). DayReady is LogicLoft’s app for substitute teachers. All DayReady Alerts are sent by LogicLoft.
1. Program description
DayReady Alerts are account notifications for substitute teachers who use DayReady:
- substitute job offers you can accept or decline,
- reminders before a job offer expires,
- notices when an assignment you accepted is cancelled or moved,
- a one-time code to confirm your phone number when you sign up.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. How you sign up
You sign up inside the DayReady app by entering your mobile number and checking a box that is never checked for you. The box reads:
We then text a one-time code to your number, and alerts start only after you enter it. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of using DayReady.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with how many jobs are available.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. LogicLoft does not charge for DayReady Alerts.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To join again, text START or sign up again in DayReady.
6. Help
If you have trouble with the program, text HELP for help, email support@dayready.com, or call (510) 323-4770.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
