This policy explains how LogicLoft (“LogicLoft”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information on this website (logicloft.com) and in DayReady Alerts, our text message program for substitute teachers who use DayReady.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us when you contact us or request a demo: your name, email, phone number, organization and message.
- Usage information about how this website is used, such as pages visited, browser and device type, collected with cookies and analytics.
- Mobile number and SMS consent when you sign up for DayReady Alerts in the DayReady app.
2. How we use information
To respond to you, provide and improve our services, keep them secure, and send the DayReady Alerts you signed up for. We do not sell personal information.
3. SMS / text messaging
We use your mobile number only to send DayReady Alerts: substitute job offers, offer reminders and changes to your assignments. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP, or text HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our services. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, as stated in section 3.
5. Security and retention
We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@logicloft.com. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can stop text messages at any time by texting STOP.
7. Children
This website and DayReady Alerts are not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
